The information below pertains to the 2010 Symposium. More details on the 2012 Symposium coming soon.

The Trade Show open hours will follow the schedule of the Symposium presentations, normally 9-5 Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, Wednesday and Friday until 1 pm. Booths are 2m x 3m , more than 1 booth can be booked if additional space is required.

One table and 2 chairs will be provided per booth as well as one electrical outlet. If additional furniture or equipment is required we can put you in contact with the appropriate supplier.

Exhibitors may move in and set up their booths on Sunday Oct.10th after 5 pm. Exhibitors may move out after 1pm on Friday and move out must be completed by 5pm on Friday.

Please take note that Symposium activities may make it advisable to adjust the opening or closing times of the Trade Show on certain days.

Purchase of a booth does not include any activities of the Symposium, however trade show exhibitors may take part in all activities of the Symposium for a special registration price of $450 USD.

We are limited to a total of 29 booths and demand will be high, so booths will be allocated on a first come basis. Payment must be received with the reservation in order to confirm the reservation.
